At HeyFitae™, we want to give you a 100% happy shopping experience. We adhere to the 60-day return policy. If you are not happy with your purchase, we will accept a return on a product in a resalable condition for 60 days from the day we ship your package. Below are the items that are non-refundable:
- Items which have been worn washed or containing odors
- Undergarments (including sports bras) due to health and sanitation concerns
If 60 days have passed since your order was shipped, we, unfortunately, cannot offer you a refund. If 3 business days have passed since your order was marked delivered, and you have not contacted us, we cannot process a return. Therefore, please contact us as soon as possible to avoid this issue.
Please contact customer service through e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and please explain which item you wish to return and why. Once we received your item, it is inspected and processed. We will contact you by email notifying you that we have received your item. At this point, your item is still subject to approval to a refund based on conditions.
If you are approved, then your return will be processed, and a refund in the form will be applied and emailed to you.
